The restaurant offers an appealing selection of specials, though the prices are on the higher side. While the portions are generous, the quality could be improved. However, the desserts and ice cream are quite impressive and definitely worth trying.
So that I and my family go to Essen, this is the first time that I started in my interior since pandemic, there is no social distancing ever. And the service is not great that we only waited for drinks in 15min, but the table that came after us got drinks before they even ordered the waitress, my nephews strayed at him on the table, she could just hand over to him and she didn't give us silverware, so we had to wait until the whole table was served, then she had to get us something to eat. The food was ok my daughters Burger was overcooked and the severity for Land Steak had no taste both the children said apple sauce tasted funny. I ordered Togo as soon as we ordered and had to wait until we finished the meal to get it a little time. We also ordered ice and cone to melt after we finally got it and my shake was like drinking milk. If you only want a burger and no pommes, they will still load you on Fritten and then argue with you about it, and the waitress will charge your card before you even talk to a manager about it and he will not come to see you either. Then my togo ordered the burgers instead of being cooked over, as my daughters were raw, so I had restored them and they were raw, but then they were closed so that my husband went without dinner.
I ordered the pork chop special, but it was so tough that I might as well have needed a chainsaw!
