Valentino's Pizza Pasta

Unfortunately this establishment has deteriorated dramatically with the current owners. I ordered two pizzas. Upon arrival at the counter my order was not to be found. I was advised, by the monosyllabic individual behind the counter to enquire at the kebab counter. That puzzled me. Upon doing so the female at that counter questioned me. I advised her that I do not work there so did not understand why I had been referred to that counter. She started to walk towards the pizza area and then saw two pizzas in the middle of the room on a table. She enquired if they were mine. Again I replied that I don 't work there. She determined that it was my order. I then said that it was pretty bad that my order was on a table getting cold. She laughed and said 'Sorry about that '. I said that is not good enough. The individual at the pizza counter ignored me apart from taking my money. If it hadn 't been for the fact that the order also included a meal for my partner I would have walked out and suggested that they put the pizza where the sun rarely shines. Give this cafe a wide berth.

Pizza tastes like sh1, the dough tasted stale and it was cold on multiple occasions.On the website it says they open at 10am on Monday's and at the front of the store it says they open at 11am on mondays, I got there at 12:20pm and they weren’t open.Rude customer service, waited 45min for a pizza and then when i said “ i’ve been waiting 45min” they said “ and what do u want me to do about it”!!!!go to Michaelangelos across from chelsea heights hotel, so much better pizza and amazing customer service!!!!

Don't like competition with other shops. Should be more friendly.

Let me start by saying I hardly ever post unless something is a standout or in this case troubling. I try Valentino's every second year or so when everything else is closed and then wonder why I bothered. Price is good but that's about it. Cardboard pizza 0 taste and talk about service with no smile, I am not after being served by the joker but at least look like you are meant to be behind the counter. Meat Lovers pizza with ham I think it was ham and a 1 small meatball cut into quarters and placed on every second piece WOW just bizarre. I'm not sure how this place is getting so many ok to good reviews for their pizza's. I'll be going back to Palemo's after they come back from their XMAS break chalk n cheese.

For over 12 years we order from this place old fashion girl order chicken parma everywhere, including here last order as bad as it was terrible tasted when the whole thing was cooked before, including the cheese and then frozen and reheated. I will never try again
