Reviews highlight the tender ribs and memorable ramen, while the chef's personal touch adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Though some dishes, like the Amish chicken and dry NY strip, fell short of expectations, the restaurant celebrates Black History Month with specials that honor American cuisine. Despite the high prices and contentious cancellation policies, many patrons praise the generous portions and remarkable service. Overall, Mawa’s Kitchen offers a memorable dining experience worth exploring, particularly during peak seasons.
Our dinner at MaWa's Kitchens ranks right up with some of the very best restaurants we have dined at. The food was spectacular the greens in the salad tasted as if they had been picked out back, washed and served; the truffle Mac and Cheese was hot, spicy and addictive, the chicken was hot, tasty and tender (just too much of it), and I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the vegetable side dishes. Wine list was perfect for us and the chocolate flourless cake was beyond delicious. The only thing was how difficult it was to find MaWa's in the Airport Business Center in the dark. Took us quite awhile as we wound around and around the unnamed streets. With the help of the staff of MaWa's we were able to arrrive on time. So very worth it.
Finally we have a delightful village bistro to call our own. Thank you Mawa and team for knowing what we need and how to fill us up.
Very slow service for off season. Nice selection of craft drinks and very interesting menu. Pricey even for Aspen.
Mawa was by far our favorite restaurant in Aspen. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everything we ate was so delicious and had high quality ingredients. Highly recommend!
Great selection a healthy, nutritious dinners from small plates to full dinners in a quiet calm atmosphere
