Jus - ASPEN
Jus
Description
Nestled in ASPEN, this bustling juice bar serves inventive cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, coffee and breakfast-and-lunch bites—standouts include a creamy Pink Panther, truffle egg salad, and robust coffee. Fresh fruit and house granola elevate dishes, though bowls are small and prices are high. Service is often friendly and fast, but guests report inattentive staff, sporadic cleanliness, and at least one instance of spoiled juice causing illness—so enjoy the healthy, flavorful menu with a note of caution.

The juices and sandwiches here are fantastic! I can't wait to return to Aspen and indulge in more.
The coffee here is quite good. I'm quite particular when it comes to my coffee, so it's not always easy for me to find one that meets my standards. The food is exceptionally clean, fresh, and healthy. This has become my new favorite place for breakfast, coffee, and snacks.
I really enjoy their juices, smoothies, and food! I especially appreciate that they're open on weekends. The quality of the products and service is excellent!
I stopped by for a drink to satisfy my thirst and, based on recommendations from fellow Yelpers, I decided to try the Pink Panther. It was unique and delicious—I've never had anything quite like it before. The flavor was subtle, reminiscent of rose water but with the creaminess of almond milk, which made it very refreshing. However, I have to deduct a star because every table in the place was dirty, and the trash was overflowing. We visited on a Tuesday, so I can only imagine how messy it gets on busier days...
The smoothies were decent, but the service left much to be desired. When we arrived, the man at the counter was busy counting money and completely ignored us—no eye contact, no acknowledgment, not even a “just a moment.” My friend and I felt really awkward and wished he had given us some recognition. While we were placing our orders, he turned to chat with a coworker for a minute, which forced us to repeat our orders. Once again, we felt overlooked. The smoothies came out quickly and were generally okay. My friend ordered one with matcha, but unfortunately, the matcha completely overpowered the other flavors. I had a berry smoothie, but the honey was overly sweet for my taste. I might consider giving them another shot for an açaí bowl, but I really wouldn't want to return to pay that price for such a mediocre experience again.
