Best dining experience in Aspen! I love the dumplings, new style sashimi, and fried rice dishes. They were able to accommodate me without a reservation. Looking forward to going back soon.
My fiancé and I decided to check out this restaurant's Sunday happy hour one afternoon. They had a variety of specials on both food and drinks. The dishes were all made with high-quality ingredients and tasted delicious. The only downside was that the portions were a bit small for the price, but that seems to be common for the area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend stopping by, especially during happy hour.
We especially liked the truffle fried rice at this restaurant. While all the sushi and other dishes were well-prepared, we found the high prices to be reflective of the quality of the food.
This is probably the best sushi I have ever eaten. The uni and toro are extremely fresh. Great job!
