We had a pizza here after a looong hike in the Maroon Bells and I'm still dreaming about it. The view, the hunger, and the beer didn't hurt but it was objectively outstanding pizza. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Highlands Pizza Company:
I ordered a truffle margarita pizza off the chalkboard menu inside. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, and it was not labeled on the menu. When it came out, I saw that there was prosciutto on the pizza. I asked if it could be remade and the manager told me no because “they need to keep the lights on.” I think they can keep the lights on if they’re charging $34 for a 10 inch pizza! The lunch is delicious! A nice atmosphere. You can sit outside and a nice day. Right next to the slopes. Located at the Maroon Bells shuttle service. We visited the Bells then had lunch. The burger and shrimp quesadilla were great!Food: 5/5

Solid casual spot in Aspen when you don't want to spend $50 on one dish. Large menu with a great variety of food options. Pizza's are incredible.
Generic sports bar at the bottom of AH. Good food, as good as and looks cheap by comparison to Cloud 9. Tough to find seating of it's nasty outside.Food: 4/5
