We had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for just two pizzas, and the kitchen staff didn't even know the status of our order. Many other customers were also upset with the service, and I really hope it improves significantly in the future.

If you have reserved tables. Make sure you don't get tables next to the kids area, it can be very noisy, the kids and parents usually give a damn. So if you want to have a good quiet time reserve the glass room.
