It was a lovely evening... the food was excellent... the owner was helpful and knowledgeable... I recommend it, especially because the place isn't big and the atmosphere is just right.
Excellent cuisine, unique service, in Asiago, very well-kept and unique place, I had a fairytale Valentine's Day thanks Manuela!!! congratulations on the location!!!
A very simple and warm yet refined place. You walk in and feel right at home. The cuisine is excellent, home-style but very refined and carefully prepared, like our grandmothers' cooking, but with a touch of harmony, delicacy, and innovation. Five stars to the kitchen staff! The service is professional and knowledgeable. Giorgio (if I'm not mistaken) is the highlight of the dining room, his kindness, professionalism, and friendliness! The fireplace in the dining room is truly a highlight... highly recommended, excellent value.
It was a very pleasant experience. The interior is decorated with historic and traditional mountain objects; the lit fireplace and Christmas lights created a truly welcoming atmosphere. The service was both professional and homely: we immediately felt at ease. The food was very good. The homemade bread was soft and fragrant. We were even served crostini with ricotta and chives twice (I think the second time was by mistake . The menu is very well-curated, and while it wasn't 100% mountain-style, we found all the dishes to be truly excellent: Calabrian lasagna (if I'm not mistaken and beetroot gnocchi on a bed of melted cheese. The presentation of the dishes was also very thoughtful. We can only compliment them.
A truly extraordinary lunch at Ristorante Tre Fonti. A small, warm, and welcoming place, where time slows down and the fireplace, with meat cooked in plain sight over the embers, becomes part of the experience, not just a backdrop. We started with an enveloping mushroom fondue and their iconic Spritz dish, surprising and distinctive. The Grappolo for the first course was a delightful discovery, while the venison stew perfectly captures the region: flavorful, tender, and authentic. The tiramisu finished flawlessly, and the wines were also excellent. And then there 's what really matters: I was at the table with my women family members, and seeing them enthusiastic, relaxed, and smiling made this lunch something more than just a meal. It became a beautiful shared memory, one of those that last. The service was friendly, attentive, and never intrusive, the quality evident, and the prices fair. A place where you eat well, feel good, and want to return. We 'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.
