The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, and they got all of my orders wrong. I waited nearly an hour for three milkshakes. If you want your business to succeed, I recommend hiring new staff. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered the mac and cheese bites along with a marshmallow milkshake, and they were excellent. The bites were fresh and hot, and the shake was delicious. Both items cost under $11. It's a great spot for a snack and some ice cream!

The food quality at this restaurant is consistently impressive, especially their pizza! The service is also excellent, although I occasionally find myself waiting a bit longer than others—but it's not a major issue. I highly recommend trying their ice cream; it's incredibly delicious, with a wonderful sugary and creamy flavor that you won't want to miss! The atmosphere is decent; however, it could benefit from a bit more space—perhaps a few additional tables would help. I suggest visiting during the summer and early fall for the best experience!

1. If you inform a customer that their order will be ready in 20 minutes, it should be ready around that time. Waiting over an hour without any communication or explanation is unacceptable. 2. Provide proper training for your staff instead of shifting blame onto them. 3. Do not let customers leave with incorrect or poorly made to-go orders. Acknowledge your mistakes and make the necessary corrections. Apologize, set realistic expectations, and communicate if you can’t fulfill them. If you can improve in these areas, I might consider returning in the future.

The large pizza was excellent, and I really enjoyed the earthy flavors of the Sunday special. I won’t go anywhere else for my ice cream!
