Fazoli's - Grove City

Mandy is PHENOMENAL, she executed our catering order perfectly and went out of her way to deliver the food for us. The entire staff was extremely helpful along the way and we cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work.

I took my Grandpa here two weeks before he passed away . It was very obvious he wasn’t in good health . He asked the lady here if he could have more sauce for his noodles and the lady’s exact response was “no it’s fine “ .. Very disappointed .

It’s hard for me to hate this place. I’ve been to a number of Fazoli’s and all seem to be lacking and poor. This one slaps. Like not a bad meal in almost two years and always fresh. The front of the house employees are all pleasant and outgoing.

Stopped in the Grove City Fazoli's this evening. Sparkling clean, including the ladies room. Friendly hard working staff. Food was hot, fresh, delicious. Love that they actually have real plates silverware. Highly recommend! Give this Fazoli's try!

On my last visit I ordered on the mobile app came through the drive-thru told them that I had a mobile order gave them my name came around to pick up my order the young lady that I encountered at the drive-thru window was extremely rude very pushy unfriendly. She literally shoved my bag of food at me didn't greet me didn't say nothing definitely could tell she did not like her job! But overall good was warm and overall tasted delicious still recommend this location.
