I go 8 mile... read more EVERY morning for 5 yrs I stop at 5am for breakfast. These last few months half the time they aren't even open at that time or not serving any food. I go 8 miles out of my way to go to sheetz and have been very disappointed on more than a dozenoccasions. So I not only waste my gas but I also go to work hungry. It certainly starts my day off badly. I'm about donewasting my gas each morning to only be met with complete disappointment

First thing in the morning going to work and I pull in to get gas and there is trash overflowing 75 percent of the waste receptacles. Come on guys clean thisplace up.

The manager, Sahara, was extremely rude, wrongly accusing me of not paying for my breakfast sandwich. The cashier had already confirmed that I paid, but the kiosk was out of paper and didn't print my ticket. I explained the situation and the cost of the sandwich to the cashier, who quickly rang me up since I was in a hurry to get to work. Because I didn’t ask for a receipt, I had to go to my car and check my bank app to prove the payment. Only then did Sahara acknowledge that I had paid. It was incredibly unprofessional and shocking that Sheetz employs such rude staff, especially as a manager. The menu options were irrelevant compared to the poor service I received.

The store is also quite disorganized, with items and boxes scattered on the floor, resembling a Dollar General. They definitely need to hire more staff.
