It's a Dunkin' Donuts—clean, with friendly service, and perfect for hot drinks on a chilly day. They must be doing something right, as there was a line around the building (but no worries, it moved quickly). I hope they continue their great teamwork. Thanks for the treat on a cold day! What William Toy doesn't like about Dunkin':
the personal does not seem to have team spirit in a way that breathes to home. if they have a family, they interact with each other as if they were friends, but this place does not seem to care to be personal with each other or with the customers. sometimes are from donuts early in the morning, but the quality of the drinks are decent. This is the slowest Dunkin' I've ever visited! Expect to wait at least 15 minutes every time you go. Do yourself a favor and head over to Geneva instead!
This Dunkin' was fantastic! They prepared our drinks just right, and the bagels we ordered were fresh. Thank you!
Very sweet staff, and make the drinks good. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but I know they?re understaffed and can be overwhelmed so it?s not a downside for me. Food is good too! :

Went to The location on W Prospect rd in Ashtabula Ohio today 09/05/22 and sat at the speaker for 5-8 minutes without a single person speaking to me. Tried asking if anyone was there and eventually pulled fwd to the window figuring maybe somethinghappened to the speaker system (as there were cars who were there before myself) only to have one of several employees come tothe window after a minute and tell me they were actually closed for the day now and not even so much as a ?sorry for theinconvenience? or an explanation as to why they were close early (weather it was due to the holiday today or not) and when Itold him that they had several other cars even behind myself waiting who think they?re open he responded with ?well I guess I?llhave to go out and tell them? VERY unprofessional and was not handled well. NOTHING posted online about change of bourse forMonday today or even on their doors or order menu for today about change of bourse either. Aside from that they always seem tobe out of most things when I order and I don?t even show up late in the days. It?s different times but not ever right beforeclosing so I?m not sure how they run out so quickly if things.
