Was Judy Parker at KFC a mag?
The prices have increased, and I’m not pleased about that. Additionally, the portion sizes have decreased. For instance, the meal I ordered last night used to come with two sides and cost a dollar less; now, it's two dollars more and includes one less side. More than enough staff to cover the small number of customers and drive through guests but service took forever and several people were complaining in line. Nearly walked out before ordering due to how slow it was. Food was fair but bathroom was not very tidy and there were no cover for cups if you wished to take your drink to go. When we finally placed our order, the food took a long time to prepare. While the order was correct, the food arrived cold and took way too long to be served. Additionally, the bathrooms were not clean and were out of toilet paper. Oddly, we had placed two separate orders—one with cash and the other with a card. Both times, they asked us to round up the total, but they didn’t explain where the extra money was going. Was it a tip, a donation to charity, or simply going into the pockets of a multi-billion dollar corporation?

Management needs a serious evaluation of how this site operates and could operate more effectively.Nov 2023 I am updating my review because I had two positive experiences here (my parents like it so I was purchasing food for them) since September. Still needs work but the recent staffing was much more helpful though the drink machine was not blending well and it still seemed a bit chaotic. baby steps.
