A... read more Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with a very unkempt dining area that had puddles of water on the floor and trash strewn about—it felt quite neglected. After a long day of travel, I made my way to the restroom, only to find it in a dire state; it hadn’t been cleaned in days, with dirt and hair around the base of the toilet, a filthy floor, and no toilet paper or paper towels available. When I expressed my concerns to the young man at the front, he simply shrugged, giving off the impression that my issues were of no concern to him. Following that experience, I resolved not to order anything there if I could avoid it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I can’t understand how management thinks this Dunkin’ is running smoothly. If customers have to wait this long for a single small drink, they should either give a warning at the speaker or shut down the drive-thru entirely.

Despite only having two customers ahead of me and three staff members working, I waited 30 minutes for a large coffee and a sandwich. If you want quick service for donuts, this isn’t the spot. Save your time and find another location. The store was dirty and poorly maintained, and my sandwich was barely warmed—so much so that the cheese didn’t even melt. Truly disappointing.
