Very, very good pastry! A lot to choose, and very nice attention. Tha place is small but it has good vibe. It has a couple of little tables on the sidewalk, and you can get a simple coffee. By Tha way, if you're looking for good coffee in different flavors, just grab your pastry and cross the street to the Black Cat coffee. You'll get the best of both worlds.

The bread that the young man recommended at work made the best French toast. We met the bakery at a time when there were many options, agreed that we would like to wait. Art needs time. I waited with our daughter in the car while my husband ran and he said the staff was super friendly and friendly.
Small, independent bakeries can be an absolute jewel and that is what Ashland Baking Co is. I have a blueberry danish and I still think about this butter-flame crust. I definitely come back to try other things when I visit Ashland in the future.
The bittersweet chocolate mousse cake is ghost bags, guys. Disgusting to the outside, but don't let it fool you. Friendly staff and many baked delicacies to choose from inside.
Not much was open on a Monday, so were we glad to see a bakery with an open door! We ordered a chocolate peanut butter oat bar and a chocolate caramel brownie. What a sweet treat on our mural walk! Excellent service as well!
