Smithfields is a lively restaurant that offers a meat-centric menu with a focus on quality cuts. Although the noise level can be a bit high, especially indoors, dining in the garden offers a more peaceful experience. The wait times for drinks and food can be slightly longer, but the food is excellent when it arrives. With a variety of delicious options, including brisket, scallops, and ribeye steak, Smithfields is a great choice for a special dinner out. This is a return visit, we were last here before the pandemic. The restaurant is clean and looked much like before. The food and drinks are still excellent. We, each, had bone marrow salad. I had scallops with risotto, my husband had the ribeye steak. They were well cooked (not over cooked), well presented and delicious. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. What Deon Gerlach dislikes about Smithfields:
Went here for a birthday meal. Choose because I was looking for a good ribeye steak and there menu sounded good. When I ordered the ribeye the waitress told me they had a special ribeye that would be much better than their normal ribeye so I ordered it. It was Ok but I am not sure it was a ribeye at all. Frankly I have had better ribeyes at home and this one was not worth the $50.00 they charged. Service was just OK.... View all feedback.

You did a great job to get everyone out after an A/C failure. Everyone was professional and nice. Well done!
Our favorite place. The staff is always friendly and beautiful, food is amazing, drinks are delicious, price is fair, atmosphere is beautiful inside and outside. Very recommended for a nice dinner date night.
We sat at a nice table outside in a beautiful environment. At first we were turned off a bit because there was a large group of Paleo people coming to Din, there were some of the elements for them to store from the menu. I don't know if they were prioritized for dinner. But our waiter was wonderful and we ended the order of the brisket, which we normally did not and it was delicious, so it worked out everything. We would recommend coming here, just make sure that there is no big group because they will limit you to what you can order.
Waiting for drinks and food was too long. I understand that they are short employees and have people in training, but the long waits for drinks and food spoiled the evening for us. Our server, Devon, was fantastic and did his best to make the evening right. but he's just a person and can't do it alone. The food was excellent.
