excellent building called altyn asyr shopping complex. on the ground floor there were two bars and random shops that I didn't see. we went to the 6th etage there was a nice restaurant and the terrace minara panorama restaurant was in the 7th floor. that was amazing. I loved it absolutely. highly recommended if you want to get the city view. the prices are higher, but it is worth it. we thought of a coffee and dessert... View all feedback.

Amazing view of the city ask to be here at sunset, and to enjoy the lights of the city after dark
