Singleton Barn - Feedback

Was Anonym at Singleton Barn a mag?
I recently celebrated a birthday party at this restaurant. Our group was seated in a top-class dining area, which was accessible only by a staircase (I didn't notice a lift). The restroom facilities were located downstairs. The decor featured old wooden beams, so those taller than 5 feet 6 inches should watch their heads. The dining area had high windows, providing plenty of natural light. However, when it got darker... View all feedback.
What beckyw84 dislikes about Singleton Barn:
Came here for a family meal and although the restaurant is beautiful, the same can't be said for the food. Some of the food was overcooked and my Ceasar Salad wasn't great. They also forgot to make one of the meals but in fairness they did take it off the bill. The mocktails were very disappointing too which was a real shame. The staff were really lovely but I don't think we'll be visiting again. View all feedback.

Went here with friends on a fun day terrible service at the bar we waited patiently to get served only for the staff to serve the regulars in front of us when I finally jumped in to question this the so called bar manager snapped at me very rudely saying she wasn’t going to serve yet another regular I then ordered our drinks she then banged our drinks down on the bar her attitude was dreadful it spoiled the day for us most of the other staff were really polite and friendly

Popped in on the way home to Brighton after a long day in Kent. Food was really nice and enough of it. Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.
The restaurant featuring friendly staff has received mixed reviews on food quality and service. Some have praised the gluten-free options, while others have raised concerns about the freshness of the seafood. Despite various incidents of poor service and management issues, the welcoming atmosphere and tasty dishes have left some patrons satisfied. The establishment is recognized for its value for money in delivering well-cooked steaks and other delicious meals. Overall, the varied experiences have left an impression on customers, with some recommending the location for its pleasant ambiance and enjoyable dining options.

It's a lovely pub with a great outdoor seating area. We decided to sit inside as it was a bit chilly and sat upstairs. The bar staff were very friendly and the food when it arrived was really nice. Will definitely come back

A group of us went for a pre lunch drink before Christmas dinner at home. The staff were amazing and especially kind to the teens in the group. If I lived in Ashford this most definitely would be my local hands down. Thank you so very much.
The restaurant has its ups and downs, but overall, the staff is very friendly. Occasionally, the roast potatoes and vegetables can be a little hard. I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

The restroom facilities were located downstairs. The decor featured old wooden beams, so those taller than 5 feet 6 inches should watch their heads. Overall, the food was well cooked, and the service was friendly.
Embedded for our traditional Christmas Day Pinte. pub opened at 11. we are very quiet at 12. but to expect when looking at the CV19 jump. I have a table through a window chewing the fat for a few hours with family friends. never really was so busy always served at the bar almost immediately. not like the old days of 3 deep in the bar waiting old to be served. many people have Christmas dinners, but I couldn't see the portions. I thought £8 for 2 bottles budweiser was steep! nice pub with high ceiling relaxed atmosphere. many outdoor seating are also available.
The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area featuring a covered space with heating and charming lights. There is even a small play area for children. It’s dog-friendly both inside (in a designated area) and outside, which is a huge plus. I even saw a gentleman with a pet ferret enjoying a stroll in the garden! Overall, it’s a gem in the Singleton area.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a Sunday roast, which was of excellent quality, served in generous portions with quick service. It was our first visit; we happened to drive by on our way to the village hall, and we will definitely return.
We are locals, always a warm welcome to both us and our dog.....staff brilliant really friendly. Pub Grub but always exactly what is says on the tin.... Really opens up in summer when you can use the garden and spend a long lazy Saturday afternoon with friends and family in the sun....
