What Bevlainda doesn't like about Papa John's:
Very annoying orderiong process with the wrong address repeated four times. The order was repeated a few times. When we got the order it was wrong and cold. Had a family treat take out last Saturday. 50% deal on line pizza and ordered two large 50/50 . Food ready on time and piping hot. Toppings really tasty, if not over generous, but never the less thoroughly enjoyable. View all feedback.

read moreAt Papa J's, customer experiences vary widely. Some patrons enjoy speedy service and enticing online deals, only to face recent quality declines, with soggy, greasy pizzas leaving them disappointed. Long wait times marred some orders, though others found the taste lingered in their memory. While the atmosphere offers decent service and a solid selection of toppings, claims of a superior pizza experience seem overstated. Despite a few positive takeout experiences, many are now exploring other options, leaving them questioning their loyalty. As loyalty wanes, it's clear Papa J's must address these inconsistencies to retain its customer base.
