I have being going to this coffee shop for a very long time. Over the years it's gone down hill. Dirty toilets, dirty floors, the tables are never wiped. It needs a complete refurbishment throughout. And the staff are rude there too View all feedback.
Amazing staff, really friendly and so great at making coffee. THE place to go in Ashford for coffee!!
Rude staff! I’m a huge fan of Cafe Nero however this is not my usual store. The barista was so rude towards me. One example is when I walked in the door stayed open and when I got to the counter she said in a highly rude tone “Go a shut the door” which I did but the rest of my stay as I sat in to have my coffee just felt off.
Finding a parking spot there is a really nightmare otherwise the café is good
An extraordinarily rude waitress this morning (21st September).
The best servant we ever experienced! We were making a camping tour and it was a nice spot to get warm and dry again.
