great place to wake up. they can enjoy their kale under the rainbow flag of variety. the hard working blue collar types that the lake House clients have been covering for decades are no longer welcomed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ashfield Lakehouse:
great location. not a fan of the decisions made over the past few years. not open nearly enough, and requires reservations when it is. i wish this place didn't try to be fancy just make good bar food and keep your doors open, including for lunch (we used to love coming for lunch). it's access the lake and the deck and a drink we want, more than some kind of dining experience. Great bargrill, cheap. nothing beautiful, but they have a full bar, good eating and specialties, music at the weekend and a view of the sea. pool and darts too.
Very good! we rented a hut in ashfield and had so much luck to have this tavern so close. fresh seafood. berkshire brewing company. friendly staff.
Unpretentious, but very solid cooking. they can eat cheap w burger, sandwiches, but they also have nightly specialties w fancier entrees. in summer the outer deck is most pleasant.

Eating was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the sweet godet, Brussels spruten, and artichoke and spinat dive. also appreciate the height of the covid intentionally, they required that we show our incup cards and make sure that we are comfortable with the seating order we were offered. I would visit here again if I were in the opposite.
