Wendy's - Asheville

1st of thanks for bring back Pretzel bacon pub. best thing on the menu and maybe the only reason to go out of my way to eat wendys. 2nd, Please extend breakfast hours to accommodate those of us whose circadian rhythms dont get us out of the house before 10am. 3rd and most importantly, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE! every time I go to wendys it takes a very long time to get through the line do to being extremely short staffed. then i see a now hiring sign and a sign advertising UP to $14 , like yall think that that's an incentivizing amount. by up to that means $14 is the max ? what a joke! with how expensive rent and the cost of living has gotten, especially here in Asheville, NO ONE could afford to live here off $14 an hour. explains why yall are so short staffed! pay a living wage! chick fila does and they have the most streamlined efficient service of any fast food place because people can actually afford to work there.

Zelt on christmas eve this last year and the drive thru line was long because nothing else was opened and there in dine was closed, understandable how they appeared short staff. we waited awhile, but were not in a hurry and ordered our usual. the coworker who took the orders was so sweet and patient. After we ordered our food, her mimic was still up and we overheard her and her associates and they were so polite to each other, even though they could say that they really rushed/moved quickly. we moved into the window and she was even sweeter. I have our food right, fresh and warm. we were only for the weekend in the city, but wanted to share how big the trip thru teamworkers worked especially on christmas with a never-ending line.

Tonight they had only nuggets and pommes, last week no chili, which tasted koks as if he were mixed with another fruit drink. this place goes down and goes down quickly. this is not the first time they had only nuggets! it seems to be a regular thing. I had ordered the family order tonight with 8 that they will not only do tonight, but will ever do my business. I had enough. the only thing that is consistent is unconsistent!

They get what they pay and clearly pay these employees the absolute minimum. therefore they get the minimum effort. the lobby is always closed and they take either cash or only mobile orders through the drivethru. looks like they decide when they really want to eat. they can get happy when they go, but chances are they will be disappointed as I have been the last 3 months here.
