This is the best Waffle House in WNC. Friday and Saturday nights we pass 2 waffle houses just to come and see Donell. She is definitely a asset to Waffle!!! Food is always great and the service is amazing. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
My wife and I went to North Carolina when we stopped a certain waffle, where we were not greeted when we came, but sat at the table for over ten minutes without waiting for it. There were also a few people who came after that who were served almost immediately. We left and felt that this review was necessary. View all feedback.
Staff was friendly. The grill man cooked our steaks to perfection! The waffle was so fluffy. Not our normal waffle house, we usually hit tunnel road, but this one was nice and quiet.
The waitress was the only person in the restaurant doing her job and was being super nice and friendly I didn't see the cook when I walked into the restaurant and the waitress had to hold my order to find him and when the food came out it was burnt and cold and the cook then vanished by walking over to the MacDonald's for some reason
Everything you expect a Waffle House to be, in the best way.
Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We got our food fast and it was also cooked to order and delicious! You will not go wrong by eating here.
The waitress (kai) was rude from the moment we walked into the building. She kept ignoring my request to get a drink until I finally raised my voice asking if I could finally get a drink. I work to hard to have to deal with someone that obviously doesn't care about me the customer.
