The Madness - Asheville

The Vegan Burger at this restaurant is delicious, featuring a Beyond Meat patty with grilled onions and mushrooms, generously topped with a flavorful sauce. I opted to add Cheddar cheese for an extra dollar, which I found to be worth it. The burger is a big umami bomb and very satisfying. I believe adding more vegetarian/vegan options to the menu would easily earn this place a fifth star.

I was initially unsure about trying this restaurant that serves both sushi and burgers, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The menu was concise and easy to understand. My server, Chloe, was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. The sushi I ordered was fresh and delicious. While the service was good, there is room for improvement as the restaurant is still new and working out the kinks. The hostess was friendly and Chloe greeted me promptly. The prices were reasonable for the quality of sushi. I look forward to trying more dishes from the menu in the future.

I never wanted to try something else before and I myself don't eat seafood because it's just not my ding. So I wanted to try something else and I did with the rice crispy and the octopus balls that were to find very tasty I enjoyed them and will be them again. the burger and salat were just not finished because we had full hahah. the personal was very welcoming. 100 of 100. thank you

So glad we discovered this place! A friend and I had hamburgers and IMO they were perfect nice thick patty with the right texture (grind) and fat content, cooked exactly as we ordered (medium rare in one case, medium well in the other). The french fries were as good as I've had anywhere nice and crunch on the outside with a soft center. The server was friendly and cordial (as was the manager) and was attentive without being intrusive. And, the restaurant was nowhere near as noisy as many others here.There are around a dozen different hamburgers on the menu and they all look enticing (and are reasonably priced). My friend and I agreed that we should meet at the Madness monthly, trying out these many choices.
