The Bistro Biltmore Estate - Asheville

I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant; it lacked flavor. We began with the mussels, but the broth was below expectations and not something you would want to savor. I ordered the lamb ragu, and it was quite dull. My cousin tried the vegan rigatoni, which came with elbow pasta and plain Brussels sprouts. The elbow pasta was far too firm and not cooked al dente as it should be, and the menu claimed the Brussels sprouts were crispy, but they were not. Overall, I do not recommend this place; it simply isn't worth the higher prices.

The service and dining experience were outstanding. It was so remarkable that we canceled our reservations at a four-star restaurant where we had planned to eat before we returned the next day!

We were surprised by the ambiente and the quality of eating. we had a wonderful waitress and a fabulous experience.

Bobby (our waiter) David (the manager) are the best!! We try and ask for him every time we go to the Bistro. Thank you for such a wonderful evening!

My friend and I had an amazing time at the Bistro. This is my favorite restaurant at the Biltmore as a Passholder and it was his first time ever being on the Estate. We had a fabulous time, and exceptional service and the atmosphere was beautiful. Thank you for making our time together that much more special!
