We had a reservation I made a couple days before. We were initially taken to a table right beside the kitchen. After requesting to wait for another table, we were seated at a nice table by the bar for drinks and eventually a nice table in the back of the restaurant. The cocktails were great as was the elk. My scallops were a bit salty. Amazing ambiance and wait staff was very nice and attentive. View all feedback.
What Sean McManus doesn't like about Red Stag Grill:
Amazing atmosphere with a dark hunting lodge vibe. The food leaves something to be desired though. Very simply prepared, they let the meat really shine. Steaks will be excellent, but everything else will leave you wanting more in terms of flavor and creativity. Parking: Free valet parking with dinner reservations. View all feedback.
Bustling atmosphere just across from the Biltmore House. Although I am local, I still love to come here once in a while, and the valet parking even for dinner really helps.
Had a wonderful experience… great food! I had the Elk topped with the Oscar Crab topped ! Absolutely delicious
Booked the Reg Stag for a birthday dinner. Brian B was our server, he knew the menu throughout and knew exactly what to recommend. 10/10 experience !

When I say wow, I mean wow! First of all this place is a total vibe. Dark, mysterious, romantic, and cozy atmosphere. Now the food, they a lot of wild game proteins. So if you’re tired of just steak and chicken and wha something elevated and unique, this place is it. And ask for Brian. He really knows the menu and really take care of you!
