Outback Steakhouse - Asheville

My mom and some friends of me and I went outback for an early dinner tonight and I'm glad we made it! the food was delicious, everything was hot and fresh, drinks were plentiful and never expired and the service was 5 stars. the last time we had similar experiences, but today was above the top. this was due to our server grant that was amazing. he was friendly and professional and fast! one of the things I thought was so thoughtful that he put the lid on our sauce that we took after home. I noticed that, but I didn't say anything to my fraction, but I must mention that it was elegant. it was just one of those extra little touches he did, that was very appreciated. keep them the good work grant and be proud of the service they offer!

The service was terrible. Our waiter (an older gentleman) was hard to get a hold and unnecessary comments made about us did not eat our food/being? Thirsty?. We didn't get any bread, which is good, but even after our first, we didn't get another refill because he practically never came back until we demanded it. It took a longer than normal time to get our food, but was somehow expected because I got chicken. I would normally not leave a check on bad service and it up to a rough day, but I experienced a medical emergency.

My wife and I ate here on Saturday. the service was the best I've seen for a while. our server was grump and he moved as if he was on roller shoes. he was very attentive. we both ordered the caramel mustard glazed pork chops and they were excellent. everyone we met thanked us for our business. the management wants the botschaft there clear and it works. we were very happy with our experience and will return soon.

I sat in the bar and it took a while to order my food. We ordered a flowering onion and it was great, I also ordered a salad and a steak, My 1. Steak was obviously over boiled and This, I asked another and it was great, then I finally got my salad. I asked the manager, you know what order that food should come? He said yes and I said, why did I get my salad load? He said he didn't know... I really don't recommend this place. And that comes from me, I'm in the top 10 percent reviews of restaurants in USA. Over 17 million views. You hardly see the sign Cuz blocking the trees... Good luck?

First time at this location. We sat at the bar like we usually do at restaurants and Tom was our bartender and he was awesome. It was approximately 4 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and the place was not crowded at all . My husband got the prime rib sandwich and enjoyed it very much and I got the steak salad. The steak was very tasty but I guess with inflation you only receive a few strips of it. That's why I would like to request that those few strips be Choice pieces and sadly mine was not. My very first bite was nothing but gristle and unfortunately I had that through quite a few of the bites. All in all though the salad was fantastic, the dressing was a blue cheese vinaigrette with blue cheese crumbles and the salad was really something I would get again I would just like to hope I get better steak. I got it medium rare and the seasoning was really good. The overall experience was five stars and if we are up this way again we would not hesitate to go back.
