I absolutely adore this place. Middle Eastern cuisine is my favorite, and Mr. Kebab lives up to all my expectations. It may not be fancy, but that's part of its charm. I love being able to savor the delicious flavors of traditional Middle Eastern dishes without the hassle of long waits and difficult parking. I really appreciate strip mall restaurants that offer a taste of another culture without the pressure of a high-end dining experience. It's a quick in-and-out situation, with the added bonus of enjoying Middle Eastern music videos that will definitely stick with you.
Seemeilen Mr. Kabobs is now under new ownership. While the food may not be as tasty as it was in fall 2021, the portion sizes are larger. I recommend trying the chicken black plate - although the fantastic gurkensalat is missing, the dish still comes with delicious hummus. Unfortunately, there are no additional Pita bread. The lamb kabobs, which were delicious, have been upgraded to include vegetables instead of rice. However, the vegetables consist of plain boiled carrots. Despite these changes, the food is still quite good and we plan on returning.

The final straw was finding a hair in my hummus, which tasted good until I had to deal with diarrhea.
This Middle Eastern restaurant in Asheville is excellent, with Arabic music playing in the background. The staff is friendly and generous, and the portion sizes are good. The restroom was also clean. I requested some hot sauce, which added to the flavor of the meal.
