What User likes about L'ecluse A Bouchon:
The restaurant is beautifully decorated in the heart of downtown Asheville. The salad with bark and nuts is excellent. For our appetizers, we had the duck, chicken, salmon, and bark. The standout dish was definitely the chicken. Don’t miss the crème brûlée for dessert. The service was perfect—fast and attentive. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about L'ecluse A Bouchon:
We visited for Sunday brunch and arrived at 11:15 a.m., finding the restaurant already bustling with activity. We were fortunate enough to snag one of the last tables on their lovely terrace. View all feedback.

I recently returned to enjoy the dog-friendly outdoor terrace. I ordered the escargots bourguignon, which were slightly overcooked but still had great flavor.
