Hickory Tavern - Asheville

Great service, both the inside w/ kayla outside on the terrace with sarah! american pub food perfectly made! husband had kajun rub (dry) wing, they were great! (he added a side of the mild buffalo sauce over her on herself) I had reuben the turkey with the side of gouda mac cheese. everything was delicious. tw played current sports.

Our waitress savannah was great! we will definitely come back! also the manager trent ensured that we are well maintained and warm with our pups on the terrace!

I came to this place because I was around to see if it was a different experience than the spartanburg location and it was a 10/10 experience! we had Heather and she was a strong server and great! she was the only waitress and was amazing.

Great bartender. good food. but for the third summer in succession the ac does not work and we get the same excuse. I don't understand how anyone who respects himself can expect from his employees or customers, with sitting in 80 degrees temperatures inside, and I can't imagine what the kitchen staff is doing. either they spend the money to fix it, or reassess when their business should be open. yes, the first world problem. I know.

Waitress was excellent. Had to send back food because it wasn't hot. When they brought out new food it was still the same. Didn't charge for it but felt it never should have been cold in the first place.
