Gan Shan West - Asheville

It was nice that they delivered to archetype brewing around the corner. the aromen were really delicious. my favorite was the Brisket-Dampfälle, but it was so good!

We had the GSW rice dish that was really good and a huge portion, although I found some hot paprika in that I did not see described on the menu. we also tried the rams that had not as tasteful a broth as we used to. would like to get the GSW rice shell again, but will probably pass on the rams. edit: it was the vegetarian ram

Ordered online (which was really simple) and received three emails (confirmation, order prepared ordering ready) which was very good. unfortunately, when I came home, the order was incomplete. I had also paid for) two beer which weren’t included. I have received the restaurant by e-mail, but do not receive any reply or refund.

Gad shan west was all I hoped. I was also excited to see that they had a cattle sauce wheel. it was perfectly spicy and tasteful.

The food is consistently fantastic. The pork and chive dumplings are some of the BEST dumplings I've ever had. Everything tastes really fresh. If you like spicy, the Mapo Doufu is a must have. The flavors are like nothing I've ever eaten before. it's amazing! Everything we've ordered has always been wonderful!
