read moreGan Shan Station is a trendy restaurant with a creative menu and great atmosphere. Service is decent, but food can be hit or miss. The Szechuan cukes were disappointing, but the chicken wings were a standout. Prices are a bit high for the quality of food. However, the homemade sorbet is a must-try. Wednesday nights feature a Vietnamese vegan pop-up with amazing food. The dumplings are delicious, and the sake selection is wonderful. The salt and pepper tofu is a must-try for lunch. The ram bowl is visually appealing and tasty. Overall, Gan Shan Station is a fun spot with a cool ambiance and friendly staff, perfect for a casual meal in Asheville.
