Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

First I wanna start by saying our waitress cupcake was the best part of our visit. She's very friendly and tried to be very helpful. The manager however when asked for help seating the 9 of us, which yes it's a lot, all he would do is complain about how short staffed he is. They wouldn't even seat my 93 year old grandma until everyone got here. The food was either burnt or cold and even under cooked. We did talk to the manager about the food and he didn't do anything about it. This is the worst experience I've ever had at cracker barrel this place needs a new manager!

Beware people with medical service dogs.. The manager Roy refused to accommodate me and my service dog. I just simply asked for a table out of the way. Roy then rolled his eyes and got an attitude and almost started yelling at me and made almost every excuse why he couldn't work with me.Cracker barrel wants for people to contact them. But they sure love not getting in touch with you when you do contact them. So it looks like service dog harassment is just fine with cracker barrel

A perfect dinner: beautiful and well-kept environment, well-made dishes and excellent and extremely courteous service from the staff Mia served us).

Everything was just warm chicken tenders where tough and had been setting there for a while asked for over well eggs third try still a little sunny her hash browns where cold they never brought replacement for those wait person said she was getting a manager never seen him or her this location has went way down hill the fact that after all the problems and no one came to see about things oh and somehow we got a serving of green beans we never ordered lol Oh and the wait person mentioned the manager was out back we drove around sure enough out back on his phone

We went here for breakfast and the food was delicious and fixed as requested. We had the best server Molly she was great.
