Chipotle Mexican Grill - Feedback

What Brooke Bourgeois likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This chipotle is pretty good. The food is usually consistent, though some days it hasn’t been quite as good. The main reason I’m only giving 4 stars though is the staff. Most of them aren’t very friendly, bordering on rude. I’ve had a couple kind people help me here but they are definitely the minority (or at least they aren’t usually there when I go). Got 2 steak bowls,one of them had pure fat in it instead of the actual steak itself then we wanted a refund for it but the manager was rude and wasn’t even willing to cooperate with refunding our meal,disappointed in both the service and meal ,terrible place it’s not all that View all feedback.
