This. Place. Is. FANTASTIC ???????? One of the best brunches I?ve ever had! Just a heads up there is very little room and made really for two people (at least for now) in winter. Had a hot horchata, cafe con leche, cubano, the smoked salmon, and the crabcakes. On the higher price point but definitely worth it. View all feedback.
What Grace McKay doesn't like about Café Bomba:
Went for brunch and sat outside in some nice weather. Really small place otherwise. I think it was fairly priced, roughly $15-16 for a brunch meal, more for entrees. I got the breakfast poutine and it was great. Came with a nice side of fruit, andeverything was beautiful. And got to people watch. View all feedback.
Fantastic cafe in the heart of downtown! Full hearty delicious portions, probably the biggest and tastiest breakfast I've had in the area. Got the arepa perico and loved it. Even though they were a little shortstaffed, service was excellent and so friendly. No wifi, so not a great spot to work, but wonderful food with a good vibe, and fun spot for people watching.
The food was great and portions were great, but I could still clean my dish that I usually do not. Coffee drinks were also delicious. You do not take reservations or take names down, they make you stand in the line until you sit, which was a slight inconvenience, as the wait can get long in view of their small/limited space, but it was worth waiting though we in the line for 30 minutes. I also know it is a strange complaint, but the servers do not say “you are welcome” if you thank them lol.
Here. is. fantastic one of the best brunettes I've ever had! only one head above there is very little space and really made for two people (at least for now) in winter. had a hot horchata, caffe con leche, cubano, the smoked salmon and the crab cake. on the higher price point, but definitiw it worth.
What an amazing place. Food was delicious and fresh. Our sandwiches were super yummy . Wasn’t big fan of onion soup though. But that’s it. Everyone super friendly and helpful. Awesome lil restaurant.
Excellent soup, sandwich and breakfast (all day). The usual fair with quite a flair so they are far from ordinary. Small inside seating with a good patio. Special coffees.
