What Josh doesn't like about Bojangles:
Half gallon of tea leaked all over the car, incorrect side items in order, no one answering the phone to deal with issues. Who's going to pay for the upholstery cleaning?!!?!???! On the up side, this was the first time I've gone through the drive through and the employee didn't seem like they were ready to jump off a bridge, so I guess there's that. Won't be back!! Every single time I come to this Bojangles they are out of chicken... They never have chicken breasts. Rude employees.
I would rate this restaurant a negative 100 if I could. Today, I went through the drive-thru and placed an order. However, when I received my order, my fries had no seasoning on them. I went inside and approached the counter to speak to a staff member about the issue. A man immediately began cursing at me, even though he was not the one who took my order. I explained to the counter person that my fries were missing seasoning, and the man started yelling that he had put seasoning in the bag. However, I wanted the seasoning on my fries, not in the bag. This restaurant never has enough chicken and when they do, it is often burnt and not all chicken parts. I will be contacting corporate about this experience and will not be returning to this store again. Customer service seems to have been forgotten at this establishment. If you do not like working with the public, perhaps a new career is in order. This experience was truly terrible.
They got my order wrong then cussed me out and acted like they wanted to fight me when I asked them to fix it they never have chicken even in the middle of the day.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw people outside smoking marijuana. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, someone in their car yelled into the speaker that the chicken would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered peach cobbler, but instead I received one peach cobbler and some mashed potatoes. I do not recommend going there after 3pm - it had the worst customer service from an elderly African American man and a young African American boy who was preparing the food.
Walked In to place an order to go. Xiovan took my order politely and correctly. I stood waiting for my order to be filled and watch 3 employees working feverishly to take and fill drive thru orders. Then I hear we 're out of biscuits! . They continue to send biscuits out the window, as I wait... finally I asked for a refund. After several more minutes with No refund. I asked again for a refund. Then fresh biscuits arrive and the biscuit wrapper start yelling that my biscuits were ready, BUT they were not correct. I had to open to prove that and then wait for a correct biscuit to be made. NOT a Good Experience!!!!
