Great and delicious Thai food. The best Thai coffee I ever had, not too sweet. I wondered in for lunch after a trip to the post office, and now I return every chance I can. The fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce were a refreshing light lunch that time. Now I try something different every visit back. What b Grant doesn't like about Baan Thai Kitchen:
We enjoyed our first visit. Ida was a lot of fun, and so were the other staff members. The spring rolls were generous, served with an interesting pineapple sauce alongside the usual Peanut sauce. They have a spice tray on the table, like in Thailand. The red chili sauce was perfect. The Green Curry tasted fine, but was soupy, not thick at all. There were no bell peppers or egg plant. We both found that very unsual. O... View all feedback.

The Mother Daughter cook, server) who own run the restaurant came over to thank us on our first visit. What a pleasant way to appreciate guests. House-made Thai coffee excellent. All the favorites on the menu, very fair prices for made to order food. Fresh rice wrapper vegetable rolls, chicken Satay generous on the peanut curry sauce), perfect dumpling in the Wonton soup. Can not wait to go back for Penang Curry, salads, other soups, Pad See Ewe beef, Pad Thai noodles, etc. Plenty of parking Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fresh Spring Rolls, Peanut Sauce Parking space Plenty of parking
I ate there the other night with a girlfriend of mine and it was the best Thai food I've had in a while. The cook and server, or owner and daughter, were the only two running the place. While the restaurant is small, for two people it was a lot. The Daughter was very friendly and if she had time she always checked on us or came by to quickly chat and make us laugh. She was very passionate when talking about the festival happening in Hendersonville, so we stopped by the next day. We asked her about their food options and she was very truthful and honest with us. She didn't push us to get anything expensive and listened when we told her our preferences. If you love getting spice on your food make sure to always ask for spice! Highly recommend if you want a small family owned atmosphere! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Red Curry, Pad Thai
