828 Family Pizzeria - Asheville

Most places that say New York Style are full of it. Marco 's is not. I consider myself a bit of a pizza nut having eaten it all over the world including NYC and Italy (both amazing traditional styles) I will back them up. Not only is the pizza incredible but everything else on the menu as well! Fantastic for families, date night, or anything in between. Friendly staff and good beer are a plus as well!

I loved Marcos... he. 828 family for over a decade. It was my way to get for high quality pizza and excellent service. If I have friends from the city, I'll bring them here and it can never impress. A small, lively atmosphere, delicious menu options and great local taps they always have a warm place in my heart. Me and my husband were immediately fans of this place! When we left, it was very busy, but we could sit right away and our server was so friendly. We have a pizza with bacon and pepperoni and they are very generous with their blows. The season on the pizza was amazing. The other thing I loved in this place was surprisingly affordable. The medium size was perfect for me and sharing my husband.

I love her Greek salad and the bread points that go with him. Pizza is always good and my husband loves her pizza sauce and wedding soup. They have a good selection of craft beers and their desserts look amazing, although I have not yet tried any of them.

The pizza was SOGGY and they have the nerve to add a BOH tip to every bill. WOW! NY pizza my a ! Last time we will try ordering their soggy pizza!!!!!!
