Wicked Weed - Asheville

So glad we decided to eat here instead of somewhere else. It was a perfectly crisp fall night, and we ate outside on the patio. We got the fancy cheese platter, which was absolutely delicious! I had the bison burger, and my sister had the chicken sandwich. Both were fantastic! I also had their classic beer sampler and I loved them all. I especially loved the Dr. Dank IPA, it's now my favorite IPA. Super fun atmosphere, delicious eats and drinks, and don't forget to check out the bottle shop. Lots of delicious bevs and goodies.

Family and I came to dinner after visiting Arboretum and this place was a hit!!! The outside seats were a plus, the service was fast, and the food was delicious. Special mention on beer! I shared a mixed flight with my sister and loved everyone. I ordered the Carolina Bison Burger Medium well with bacon. 5/5 stars.

Really enjoyed this brewery and all the beers it offers. Loved trying all the interesting flavors like the Milk and Cookies stout, the brute ale-wine and the Kesho honey ale. We also had a burger and a chicken sandwich that were really good. The place was packed on a Friday night. Not sure if you can book a reservation for a table, but I would recommend one if you visiting on a busy night.

The space has great energy in the outdoor area. We got one of the long tables and the beer service was very fast. Delicious food! I got the Hoisin wings- they were sweet and tasty, the perfect amount of sauce with the ideal blue cheese dip. I shared one of the pretzels- the mustard has a great horse radish tang to it, the apple sauce is perfectly sweet, and the cheese was creamy and rich. My friend got one of the burgers and it was cooked to perfect medium as ordered, with a delicious brioche bun. The shoestring fries were lightly battered and crispy.

We went on a Friday night and they were very busy. Our server knew exactly what had to be changed to make the burger vegan. Would be nice if they vegan cheese and full vegan burger option. Good drinks too.
