I like to give places the benefit of the d... read more I pass this Dunks on my way to work every day, and I stopped 4 or 5 times just to get an iced coffee, and a sandwich. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just an off day or two, but every time the coffee tasted burnt, and just not very good. Sandwiches that I got where hit or miss. Most of the times they where barely warm with cold cheese. I've since started going to a different location in the morning, and can't really recommend this Dunks location.

The only item they may get right is a black coffee. Their donuts, despite their new name drop, are subpar with limited flavors and poor quality. The bagels are often unavailable and lack adequate cream cheese. It is a shame that they cannot properly train their staff. It would be best if they went out of business.

The woman who works here most evenings cannot brew a decent cup of coffee. For the last month I have been stopping here at least once a week around 5:30 and have not ever received a palatable drink, and it's always the same woman working. Any other time of day this is a standard dunkin with mostly good coffee and only the occasional mistake.

She noticed that I was feeling upset and went out of her way to cheer me up. I didn't have the courage to share what was bothering me, but her kindness truly made my day, as it was the only bright moment during that time. It meant so much to me. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper credit, but I hope the management can pass along my thanks to her!

However, the quality of the coffee has always be... read more I visit this Dunkin' Donuts every single day since it's less than a minute from my house and on my way to work. However, the quality of the coffee has always been hit or miss. Unfortunately, this week has been particularly bad. I always place the same clear order, specifying exactly how many creams and sugars I want in my iced coffee, and I always request LIQUID SUGAR. It's common sense that a cold coffee should come with liquid sugar, yet I've been receiving my coffee without any sugar at all. This morning, I even got one with granulated sugar, which was unpleasant, as my first sip was just granulated sugar. To top it off, the cup was dirty with coffee stains, and I wasn’t given a straw. Fortunately, I keep extras in my car because this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I don't have the time to double-check that the staff does their job correctly—I need to focus on my own responsibilities and getting my child to school before work. If I made mistakes like the employees at this location do, I wouldn't have my job! On January 17, 2017, I gave this Dunkin' another chance for the past two weeks because of its convenience, but it continues to disappoint. They’ve raised coffee prices and now charge an outrageous amount for a hot beverage. The staff often messes up my order, even though they’re earning $11 an hour, and their service just keeps getting slower. Waiting for poorly made coffee is becoming unbearable! This location seriously needs either a management overhaul or a completely new team!
