3 cars in line waited 20 minutes just to find out they didn't have what I wanted at 1pm.
Went through the drive through. Ordered with mobile app. First the kid in the window tried charging me. Then gave me the wrong food. Went back through the drive through he took the wrong food back. Went through the drive through again told him my order and again gave me the wrong order.
How hard is it to make a coffee you just took the order for and have the sticker on the coffee. I went inside and I was the only one there it's not like it was busy. Absolutely ridiculous

Horrible team, talking disrespectfully about customers, speaking about making mobile orders wait longer for the principle (I was not a mobile order thank god).
