Their rosemary fries ar... read more I always make a stop here whenever I fly out of Dulles. My favorite dish is the chickpea salad, and I often pair it with a turkey patty. Their rosemary fries are fantastic, but be aware that it can be quite a lot of food for one meal! Since I avoid gluten, I appreciate having a protein option on my salad. It's also great to grab a meal before getting on the plane, instead of relying on unhealthy airplane food (no thanks!). The location is very convenient, as it’s right after the shuttle, making it feel like a central spot amidst the otherwise quiet surroundings. The service is excellent, and my server, Meaza, was particularly attentive. Overall, it's a fast and pleasant experience!
