I always make a stop here whenever I fly out of Dulles. My favorite dish is the chickpea salad, and I often pair it with a turkey patty. Their rosemary fries are fantastic, but be aware that it can be quite a lot of food for one meal! Since I avoid gluten, I appreciate having a protein option on my salad. Airport food joint and a decent one as far as that goes. Located in D terminal offers a full bar and food menu. Food is mostly sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. For the bacon cheeseburger with salad substituting for salad and was not disappointed. Here on a very slow Wednesday night service was good and food was fine. I had time to kill so not sure how they do under a time crunch.
Came for a quick bite to eat and Troy was my waiter and he did a great job by recommending the wings Troy provided the best service!! Ask for him!!
Meh. Bland. Not iron chef worthy. Fish was cold as was the service. Yeah. It's an airport. But it has Michael Symon's name one it.
Troy is amazing. I am a weekly traveler and this guy went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience on several occasions; promote this man! The wings here are ridiculously good for any restaurant, what's more, in an airport. The staff are courteous and fast, and the service can get you food in plenty of time for your layover. The food is hot and fresh, do yourself a favor and grab some spicy wings at Bar Symon.
I see Michael on Food Network all the time, so when I saw his name on this place while flying out of Dulles I thought I'd give it a try. It's not your typical airport food. Fresh, hot and most of all seasoned nicely. The hash browns were killer. Staff was great too!
