Customer service here is terrible. You're so rude. They'll yell at you if you ask for a second to find out your order. Once they didn't deliver my order at all, and then they told me I never put it in my order when I did. You were very mean. And didn't even want to fix it by sending me another order right away. You said it would last for 45 minutes. I tried them again today, and they literally took me in the hand for... View all feedback.
Always forget to bring my full order. Promise to have things in stock, but never does when I command. Worst pizza hut ever. Please! someone opens another pizza hut in this area. If you are worried about the competition with the current Pizzahütte... If you even try to make it successful, you will be 10x better than this place. I LOVE Pizza Hut, but I can never order myself from here again.
Total nightmare NEVER USE THE WEBSITE TO ORDER AND NEVER CALL IN AN ORDER! Apparently this store routes their calls to a call center. If you place an order and need to make any change they can?t help you! The number of calls I placed to get anyone to answer was more than I could remember but no less than a dozen. But I got transferred and disconnected. Then repeated this process at least 3 more times. By the third connect the lady from the call center was honest and told me she was in a call center not in the store. This was of course after the previous guy told me that my pizza was already cooking, a pizza that was not ready to pick up for 75-85 minutes........Clearly a lie. So each time I connect they transfer me to the manager but that call always disconnected so I drive to the store. I walked into a mob of angry customers waiting in the lobby!
I've picked up pizzas from here a few times and have been very disappointed. The cheese pizza had hardly any cheese at all—it was basically just dough. The flavor was not good either. Overall, I'm really let down.
That was quite the pizza experience! I paid an extra $3.50 for added green peppers and onions. Thank you!
I decided to give them another chance today, but when I asked for a moment to see what the kids wanted on the pizza, the staff member was incredibly dismissive and rude. The manager was also very unhelpful. Be cautious if you choose to eat here, as they seem unwilling to rectify their mistakes, and their approach to service leaves a lot to be desired.
