This was so good. I had the shrimp etouffee over dirty rice.. you can tell they’ve been doing this a while. He told me it was seasoned well and he wasn’t lying. It was delicious and the amount of food was enough for me to make 2 meals. I’ll be waiting for y’all to pop back in my office park. View all feedback.
I booked Jambalaya Bros. for a corporate event I was planning. Jared was an absolute professional and the food was amazing! He completely worked within our budget and came up with a set menu for the event. Highly recommend!
I want to give a shout out to Jared B for the delicious food that he serves on his food truck. I am from Nola and I tried his jambalaya and shrimp etoufee at a winery and it is the real deal!!! Yummy yummy

Recently moves to the area from Nola .. Not a bad option if you're looking for a quick Cajun fix ... Really nice guy. Etoufee was their better dish when I tried it.
Good stuff, would definitely have again. Ordered the Best Thing on the Truck, which is a combo of two of their different menu items. Feel like this would've been great for a hangover.
