Cava
Description
CAVA in Ashburn, Virginia, USA offers delicious vegan-friendly cuisine. It is the best fast casual restaurant I have ever been to. I highly recommend it.

Service is the worst. The women horrendously scream in peoples face, throw the bowls and mix the food in it after they give you tiny teaspoon portions because they don't want to keep cooking fresh food for customers, the meat is all burnt which causes cancer, they try to charge you secretly hidden charges so watch out for that. They touch their nose or other parts of their body and don't use gloves... watch out.
Always loved CAVA food, but this location has been so disappointing over the past 2 years. Every time I go there, it feels like the staff doesn't want to serve you any food. Not sure if there is a corporate directive after 2020, but they try to give you as little as possible. I only choose 3 toppings out of the 12 they have, and when I asked for an extra spoon of pickled onions, the staff literally gave me 1 (one) pickled onion! WORST service ever!
Dear Management of Cava, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your restaurant and felt compelled to share my experience, as it left me feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable. Upon paying for my meal with a $20 bill, I was taken aback when the cashier scrutinized it thoroughly, even going so far as to insinuate that it might be counterfeit. This made me feel unfairly targeted and embarrassed, as if I were being treated with prejudice. My cashier even began to yell across the kitchen this is a fake right? to what seemed to be the supervisor. Upon checking if my TWENTY DOLLAR bill was real using a counterfeit detecter pen, i was fully aware if the bill was fake it would show a pen mark, which in this case it didn 't. The workers huddled up and began to try their very best to have the pen mark appear. I cannot tell you how sad it is to have to deal with this in 2023. And whats worse is this review probably won 't allow you all to find sympathy enough to punish the workers, yet it 'll move you to feel sorry . Throughout the interaction, I sensed a reluctance to complete the transaction, with every possible excuse being offered to avoid serving me. This left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I believe it is crucial for businesses to treat every patron with respect, regardless of their appearance. Such an experience tarnishes the reputation of your establishment and discourages potential repeat business. You certainly won 't be seeing me again! I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address this matter appropriately. I believe in the potential for improvement and look forward to a more inclusive and welcoming environment in the future. I am not happy with the handling of the situation as it came across as needlessly prolonged and, frankly, unwarranted. Thank you for your attention to this matter. #BLM
I am a huge fan of CAVA and dine here frequently without any complaints. However, I feel like I must warn you about the Chocolate Chip Blondie. I paid $3.08 for a blondie the size of a single ravioli, which was much smaller than I expected. It was tasty, but for the price, I expected more. On a positive note, the Greens Grains Bowl was amazing and the Kids Mini Pita was a hit as well.
