I stayed at this restaurant for 2 nights while visiting Alton Towers and would highly recommend it to others. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The pub offers great food and drinks at a reasonable price, and the service provided by the friendly staff was excellent. Thank you for a great experience. View all feedback. I may have chosen the wrong dish from the menu. The crispy pork belly I ordered was not crispy at all, too greasy, and covered in a thick, artificial-tasting apple sauce. It came with a large portion of mustard mashed potatoes, which were decent. Overall, less quantity and higher quality would have been preferable.
