I ordered the subway for myself and my guests (6 subs/wraps) for lunch and had it delivered via Menulog. One of the delivered wraps was a 6-inch instead of the footlong that was ordered. I ordered the subway for myself and my guests (6 subs/wraps) for lunch and had it delivered via Menulog. One of the delivered wraps was a 6-inch instead of the footlong that was ordered. I called the restaurant and spoke to Sophie about the mistake. She offered a refund, but I asked if they could deliver the correct order instead since my order had already been delivered. Sophie spoke to her chef and I overheard her offering to replace it. Sophie was very polite on the phone and they drove 15 minutes to deliver the correct wrap. They also threw in 6 free cookies as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you, Sophie.
This restaurant is amazing! I ordered a sub through Uber Eats and asked for extra olives. Normally, when I order from different Subway locations, they never give me enough olives. However, the person who made my sub this time put the perfect amount and even wrote a small note on the sub saying "hope this is enough olives". I am very grateful to them.
