Go here quite a lot as it's pretty local to where we live and has improved massively since the new manager came in and tidied the place up. Can't beat the lunchtime specials. Steaks and pulled pork nachos are amazing. $5 for a pint of gold is awesome as well. Have had dinner here several times and highly recommend the pork belly, it's great. They do awesome kids meals also with a juice and ice cream as well as a big... View all feedback.

Typical pub meals if you like that sort of thing. I had the top of the line Porterhouse steak ($27) which was advertised as 'melt in your mouth'. Far from it. It was overcooked and fairly tough. A complaint seemed to go nowhere. Other meals (rissoles, Parmigiana, burgers) were quite good. Deserts were just OK. Have had much better elsewhere. Service was friendly. May go back, but will not go for the supposedly great... View all feedback.
I traveled from another state and had been looking into local restaurants to try. Although a bit off the beaten path, this place turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was delicious. We even had some luck with Keno! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.
Called in for a lunch time feed. Menu has so many options and staff are super friendly. Cheers to Rochelle and Kirstin for helping me sign in and setting it up on my phone for me.
LOUNGE BAR:Ya right mate. (should be: can I get you something sir or can I help you (It's a **** lounge bar, not a public bar!! ME: Yes can I please have two schooners of XXXX gold. LOUNGE BAR: Kitchen staff continued to bring out at different intervals the meals ordered by our two tables (28 people . Yet on only one occasion did the person bringing the food, take off one of the tables, empty plates or glasses. They all walked back into the kitchen empty handed, and left tables covered in empty plates and glasses. For the record:: My mother in-law was 84, and her brother in-law was 93. A nice family gathering. Terrible local service and presentation.
Came for a flutter and cold beer but also some good old aussie tucker. had a meat pie and mash potato which was good, beer was very cold, try the xxxx, Queensland beer
Hadn't been for a while and was nicely rewarded. The meals were tasty, reasonably priced and came out quickly. The size of the meals were generous and the senior meal was more than enough for an older person. The restaurant ambience was relaxing and quiet but we were there early around 5.30pm The staff were friendly and efficient. We also had pavlova and sticky date pudding for dessert but ate them before remembering to take a pic. Had to remind them about the coffee but that was a minor mishap considering they were busy. Overall was an enjoyable outing.
