we had only the koma sliders eating van for a big private function. our guests were blown away from the beautiful eating that these young have served all night. I couldn't talk about our experience very much. the sliders were delicious and a real hit with everyone like the huh and the fries. highly recommended. View all feedback.
What Nico Lubowitz doesn't like about KOMA Sliders:
Had the the sliders at Koma Sliders, East Street Markets in Brisbane. The photos on the menu look good but what they plated up was pretty average. Beef slider and pork slider were tender and seasoned nicely but the coleslaw, bun and presentation was a fail. Service was a little slow as well. So not my favorite so far at Eat Streets! Koma Sliders - Hamilton, Brisbane. A novel idea is never a worse, in practice trying to try in particular in the gastronomic area. Often this leads to fusion cuisine, and there may be some fantastic forces that come from it. Such an idea gets the idea of Korean cuisine - especially marinated meat - and puts on a burger. This is good in a stand, as Burgers, who eat for a good Foo, especially while in motion by hand. Koma Sliders was set up with this idea and is one of many options that are easily available in Eat Street. Since the market himself attracts a huge amount, it says pretty much that it belonged to the one night among the most popular and popular locations. There were a lot waiting for orders that started to clog the sidewalks. The staff was well organized to take names with the orders and call them on readiness. Grief Grief It looked interesting enough, and the idea seemed to be unusual enough to try such an attempt so my meal buddy, and I went here to try a few burgers. Two burgers were ordered, and from the memory I got her "sweet pig", which got a "sweet pig" serving a barbequed pork belly, served next to sweet sesame, cheese, caramelized onions and spicy mayo. The ideas were present in the Burgern; I was reminiscent of Korean restaurants a lot of Bulgolgi. However, it was the quality of the bread she used. It felt and tasted a lot of mass bread bread that started to be a bit stale. The meat was also cooked well and marinated. If the rest of the other ingredients is a fairly standard selection, they stopped to be exciting as they could be. Grief Grief I wanted it, and there is potential. If more attention was given to details to get good quality ingredients, which goes well, the burger could be really good. A good starting point may be a few kimchi between the bread rolls.

Meh is all I feel after I just finished my slider from the last temporary dwellers in riverland, brisbane cbd. I had decided for sliders (it is for or everyone) before I saw the lunch special, the mixed frits on the side included for total. there was a choice of aioli or spicy on the fries I chose for the aioli. for the slider, the options were boggi, honey-manano pork bauch and spicy huh I went for the last two options the fries were a mix of curvy pommes and sweet kartoffel chips that were immersed in aioli and bribed with parmesan cheese. I did not evaluate the sweet potato chips that they had a light bite to them, instead of being in a soft inner one. the curly...read more
I was sooo excited to find koma sliders on southbank foodies festival, but at the end I was disappointed. slider should be gourmet style burgers that are compressed into a smaller version that packed many aromes. it should strengthen more than what a normal burger should taste with fine and perfection. what I received was the opposite, they expect what it is and in any case no standards of expectation. to be honest not hard, but I would prefer a mcdonald’s cheeseburger every day. the photos on the boards/menu looked spectacular, the rehearsals on the theke looked delicious and mouthwater. what was delivered to us...read more
